Steph is a proven business services leader with experience in some of the most innovative international private practice law firms.

Steph most recently led the global knowledge and learning function at Herbert Smith Freehills where she focused on enhancing the firm's capabilities through effective knowledge management and professional development initiatives. Prior to joiningHerbert Smith Freehills, Stephanie worked with members of the BASIL team at Janders Dean as a consultant specialising in blending knowledge and business development disciplines.

Steph’s experience also includes serving as global director at Mayer Brown (based in Hong Kong), and as Learning and Development Manager at Gilbert + Tobin (based in Sydney). Steph is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, ensuring that legal professionals are well-equipped to meet the evolving demands of the industry.
