In his role as Founder and Director of Pickering Pearce, Justin guides law firm clients through business support optimisation, operating model evolution, digital transformation, and innovative behavioural change programs. Previously, Justin founded Janders Dean, transforming it from a one-person startup in Sydney into an internationally acclaimed advisory team. He sold the company to a BlackRock-backed US organisation in 2019.
