Sinéad Burke
Founder
Sinéad is a Change Management Specialist, Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach with over three decades of international experience across legal, consulting, and leadership development sectors. Her holistic approach combines legal and commercial expertise with insights from psychology, neuroscience, and sociology to unlock clients’ full potential.
Sinéad also holds a senior leadership position at Pickering Pearce, and was previously a director at Morae Global and Janders Dean Consulting, where she led transformational projects for international law firms and complex corporate legal departments. Her expertise lies in strategic planning and implementing large-scale initiatives that improve efficiencies, working practices, and user experiences.
During her ten-year tenure at Herbert Smith Freehills, Sinéad played a key role in developing their Alternative Legal Services Group, leading legal and technology teams across Asia Pacific. This innovative work earned recognition with a Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Award in 2017.
With professional experience spanning Europe, UK, US, and APAC regions, Sinéad brings a global perspective to her work. She is a qualified attorney and holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal & Business Coaching, a Change Management Diploma, and specialist certifications in Career, Relationship, and Addiction Coaching.
