Advisory Board
Monica Parker is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller The Power of Wonder and a globally recognised speaker, writer, and authority on human behaviour and organisational transformation. For nearly two decades, Parker has helped individuals and organisations lead with purpose and curiosity.
As a consultant, she has partnered with blue-chip clients such as LinkedIn, Google, Prudential, and LEGO to foster meaningful and inclusive workplace cultures. Through her PhD research, Parker further explores the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and leadership.
Her work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, TIME, The Guardian, Forbes, and more. She holds academic credentials from the University of Miami, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and Queen’s University Belfast.
A passionate advocate for wonder in everyday life, Parker finds hers in travel, live music, literature, and Mexican food. She splits her time between London and Nice.
